CLAIBORNE WILLFULLY AND KNOWINGLY MADE A FALSE STATEMENT ON HIS 1979 TAX RETURN IN VIOLATION OF SECTION 7206(1) OF TITLE 26, UNITED STATES CODE UNDERREPORTING HIS INCOME BY $18,741 IN THAT YEAR.
