These Lines report the number of constrained and unconstrained roll calls. There are two types of constrained roll calls: those for which the Yea and Nay outcomes go off the opposite sides of the space (i.e., one outcome is less than -1 and one outcome is greater than +1) -- in this instance, a simple grid search is performed so that one outcome is at either -1 or +1; and those where the estimated midpoint (Zmid) is either less than -1 or greater than +1 and is therefore constrained to be either at -1 or +1. For 2nd and higher dimensions, the roll call midpoints are constrained to lie within the unit hypersphere.
